I was moving all the toys and dog beds over to the clean side of the room and then as I went to the side that I was preparing to clean, I just fell…flat on my stomach side. I don’t know what happened but I had been having vertigo and my doctor said that bending up and down would do that. I was in so much pain and I had to crawl to the freezer for the ice pack. That fall may have been beneficial in some way. The week after the fall, I had my normally scheduled pain management doctor appointment.
