Beth please call that guy Eldad give him the address and tell him about the gate and see if he can go there, it is worth a shot. From all of those videos that he has, he seems to know what he is doing and does place the dogs as well. If he can't go, then I would ask him if can call someone else that he knows to go there and catch them.
