Well.it is a lot right now. But Desi & Mandy will help take my mind off all the pain that I am having because I cannot use any anti-inflammatory meds before my surgery. So, recliner in a comfy position might even be better than laying in bed with an e-collar pushing into me here and there. I think that with Desi a little under the weather, it should be easier to manage the ?Desi/Mandy playtime urges. I will hold Desi when Mandy is walking around and put Mandy in her little area I am making when Desi is walking around. I am afraid he isn't going to want to be walking.only being held by me. I am going to have to rig something up so that Desi can sleep while I am gone tomorrow. I don't think he will stay as I lay him down until I get home. I will give him the anti-biotics before I leave but I don't think they really make him sleepy. Benadryl will though.

You sure have your hands full with all that is going on in your life! Peggy -------Original Message------- From: Joan Croft <mailto:[email protected]> Date: 5/12/2011 9:31:57 PM To: [email protected] Subject: RE: [Chihuahuas] Desi Visits the Vet AGAIN I will. I am watching Mandy Sunday, Monday and part of Tuesday. Desi and her love to wrestle, so perhaps this is God's way of making it easier on me and Mandy. I told the vet that I was watching Mandy and told him that I am going to keep her inside the x-pen if Desi is around; and she can be outside when Desi isn't. It will make it much easier because Desi does not like the e-collar and he is so quiet. So, it won't be a problem for me to be holding Desi and Mandy can be running around for a while. It could be worse.just wish I knew where he got the rash. I have to be calm.and maybe I will be calmer without Desi being the investigator and monkey of the house. Stay calm. Gloria
