PLEASE HELP!! Our little 3-lb Chihuahua ran out of the fence (she is afraid of our house-sitter.) We live on Whitetail Drive in Neenah. If you find her, please call 920.850.5300. I will give you a REWARD. She is wearing a collar and will not bite BUT she is afraid of people (she's a puppymill rescue dog so she was not well socialized) thus she needs to be coaxed. Her name is Tinkerbell. She is brown with tan markings and is wearing a pink collar (it's a break-away collar so it comes off easily, though.)
