I recently was given my first Chi. This is the first time I have ever had a Chi and she is my only dog as well. I have had her for three days and I am in love!!! I had no idea how wonderful these dogs are. She is a black and tan apple head, and her name is Charlemagne. We thought she was a boy when we named her that but I still love the name anyway. Anyway she is about 3 or 4 months I think. I'm not for sure yet. My question is what is the best kind of food to feed her. I have heard some awful stories about what goes into tradtional packaged dog food and I want the best for her. So far she hates the food that was given to me when I took her in, she wont touch, she just wants table food. But I know I need to make sure she is healthly so what is the best food to feed my new baby?
