That is such a lovely story MJ, how Joell has come to love your TWO (lol)
girls so much. It's touching how he is working hard to get Benji to
overcome her shyness and if food works, I say use it! And isn't it cute how
little Tilly just dives in, with no reservations, and takes as much love and
attention as her mom and dad are willing to give. I love hearing these
stories. My husband is a very kind and loving guy and he would do anything
for
me and has, except give me his blessings on getting a Chi (LOL) I feel sort
of bad that I just went ahead and was going to get the little one the
other day, spur of the moment. I am certain he would love a Chi too, if we
had
one. He is very affectionate with our kitties, picks them up when he comes
home from work and asks them if they missed him while he was gone, give
them back rubs, so I guess I should be understanding if he feels having a Chi
would put a damper on our post retirement years until he gets the travel
bug out of his system. Maybe you missed my post about why fostering and
adoption isn't an option for me. I'll re-send if you did. Thanks for
sharing how your girls have brought you two so much joy. I still chuckle when
I
picture them sitting in their new car seat looking out at the big world
that is all around, so adorable.

Lynn,
We really do. I truly don't think that a couple of years ago Joell
would have been ready
for a small Chi.. and he certainly didn't think we needed two <LOL> He
has come a LONG way
and loves them just as much as I do. He is working so hard to get Benji
to come to him.. Tilly
is right there, wanting pets and belly rubs and climbing up on him but our
little Miss Benji is
still standoffish with him except when he has food <LOL>
I know that one day you will have your little one. They truly are
special. Could you foster?
