I think I would be freaking out if I were your husband also. I was upset because I had to pay close to $20 dollars for a new harness because my little one had outgrew hers. I don't think it matters if you are rich or not rich...that is an exuberant amount of money to spend on your fur babies every month. They would love you just as much if they had a doggie t-shirt from Target and an old cereal bowl to eat out of.
