People can be especially allergic to dog saliva. When my Chihuahua, Trooper,
licks on my son's face, he starts sneezing, itching his throat, and gets itchy
eyes. My son is fine as long as Trooper isn't licking all over him, so I know
it's his saliva. Chi's are pretty "licky."
Is your mom allergic to other dogs as well or just Lolly?
