All my Chi's in 45 yrs took a long time to be trained, but they learn. Be
patient with your pocket pals.

It might help but is my experience that it won’t stop it unless you remove all
scent

Desi was neutered before he was 4 months old and he just didn’t understand that
you go outside to go potty and would come in and then pee or poop on the floor.
He did a lot better in the last six months. But, Desi was only on puppy food
until he was 4 months old. He has recently (at 2 years old) had more bone
growth and perhaps his bladder was not mature enough. If you take the boys out
and stay out there with them until they go potty, that should help a ton with
the marking in the house.
