The dinosaur got 3rd place. Yes, it was too hot for costumes but some didn't seem to mind. Monster didn't wear his for long.

Had lots of fun but it was a little hot and Monster was worn out by the heat and I got a sunburn. Here are some pics. They have all kinds of vendors and contests and shows. And the rescues have some pets for adoption. They also have chihuahua and weenie dog races. Monster will not be running this year due to his disk disease. But he will be in the costume contest dressed as a reindeer. They usually have a photo contest too.
