Oh so sorry too hear this? This is exactly why I do not leave my babies outside while I am not home. Here in our area, people are stealing pups out of yards, cars etc. I don't understand this, because our local shelters are killing 50-100 dogs a day, and allot of them are pure breed Chihuahua's.
