Hi all, Last night when my printer did an update and then I was trying to scan (wireless printer) the printer didn't show up on my computer. I thought maybe I should reboot, but then my computer would not go to the OS.just stayed on the Toshiba screen. I took it to the Geek Squad and it started right up for them, but the guy told me to download the program for the printer from HP. I tried but it didn't work.then I restarted and it wouldn't go to the OS again. I got out my back up drive.but it won't work. This morning I had to go buy another back up drive and it is in the early part of backing everything up on the computer. Geek Squad said it could be my hard drive going bad, so I am going to be prepared!
But, I need to stay off the computer as much as possible so that it can back up everything faster. Right now I think it might run all night! So, if I don't answer someone, you know I am having problems over here. Joan, Dolly Dee & Desi Lou
