With Outlook I have everything right there...my regular Hotmail acct; my LBDCaregiverSupportLV Hotmail account; the account that I use when I am doing data entry for someone else, and all my contacts, calendar, etc . I have GMail, but it is not as convenient if I am in the middle of the email and need to go to contacts or calendar...in OUtlook I can do all at the same time without losing a message or something else. I had it all set up...I have a Gmail acct since I got my Android phone, but I have too many accts to watch all individually. I really hope they find what was wrong with my computer. I had to buy a new backup drive last week when all the problems started. So...I am prepared and everything is backed up. I don't have to pay GeekSquad to back up my data, and I know I won't lose anything. This is my second Toshiba that had serious problems before the extended warranty was up, but I lost everything last time because the way that they backed up it put all my Quicken receipts in files with my photographs and I just couldnt get it all back together...this time all the files are just as they were on my computer.
