No, they only count aggressive large breeds, like the pit bulls, rotties, 
german shepherds, etc..They have a specific list.

Joan,  My company (Foremost) the receptionist asked if I had any dogs that 
would bite.  I said I have only chihuahuas.  She laughed and said those don’t

Hmm...I will have to check with my insurance company.  They know that I have 
Dolly & Desi because if I go to pay my premium and don't have them, the 
receptionist is sad...asks where my babies are.  But perhaps there are certain 
breeds that need a rider???  Of course, as was discussed yesterday, you can't 
blame every dog of a breed for being mean and violent.
