Aww...glad that he is home. Tomorrow will come soon enough that with his
sleeping he will not have to hobble much before the catheter is taken out. I
would be a little freaked by open eye snoring!
Keep us posted...we all care!

Monster is back home with me. The blood test came back fine except for a little
dehydration (the blood he tested was from last night). He looks like he feels
fine. He ate well when we got home (boiled chicken and I/D food). He still has
the catheter from the IV in just in case he starts feeling bad again. They will
remove it tomorrow if he's still doing well. As soon as we got out of the car I
put him down to go potty and he peed like he'd been holding it in all day! He
can't or won't walk on the leg with the catheter so he is having a hard time
with that and I'm worried the hopping is going to hurt his back. He doesn't
seem to be in any pain. Right now he is passed out on his bed. A second ago he
had his eyes open and was snoring! It looked a little creepy. I'm glad he's
back home and I know he is too and I hope he stays feeling good.

Talked to the vet a little while ago and he said Monsters doing well. No
problem since he's been there. He is running some blood test just to be sure
and I am going up there at 4:30 for the results and to see if he will eat and
he'll probably come home with me.
