He weighs about 10 pounds, has long legs and is about 12 inches at the shoulder. He would probably be good company for your chi/minpin/pap. Pepper is 6 1/2 pounds, maybe 7, and Rascal is 9 1/2. Both are shorter than Rocky. He plays with Pepper a lot. Rascal is the oldest at 4 and barely tolerates Rocky.
