This spamming email came from one of our members, and they might not be
aware of this. Perhaps their pc has been infected with a virus and they
do not know that emails are being sent out to people in their address
book.

The spammers are notorious for doing this sort of thing during the
holidays, and our group seems to get targeted regularly. We do have a
spamming filter on the group but when our members accounts are used its
hard to stop this.

I do try to spot check the group for spamming so I can delete the
offending messages. In the meantime, I will contact our member to let
them know about this, and that they may need to run a virus program to
find out what is causing this.
