A bit of news on Ruth (the new cat). When I went in to give the cats their Thanksgiving dinner she was out of the closet and sitting in front of the north window in the cat's room. Later I went in to visit with her and she was back in the closet. However she let me pet her and even played with my fingers very gently with her claws and teeth.
Jewell's (one of my dogs) wound is looking good this morning. I am watching now when she goes out, even for just a few minutes. I would love to buy a puppy pen for her, but it will be a while before I can.
