I entered Dolly & Desi's picture for this a couple years ago. I won! I think everyone wins. Then they said they had selected their picture to be in a book of dogs, and then I got the invitation to purchase one of the books.only $69.95. I am not really sure if anyone sends the $69.95, and if they do if the book ever gets published. I hope that maybe this contest is legit, for your sake.
