It's based off what they call whole prey model. 80% meat 10% bone 10% organ half must be liver. They get every thing they need from that combo. I researched endlessly before I did it. There have been generations of dogs fed raw from being weened to their death. The lifespans were greatly lengthened.
Advantages are; NO dog smell at all, they never ever get that awful smell Very clean teeth 80% less poop. They use what they eat. No grain laying in my back yard Amazing Heath results. Reduced allergies, less overall vet trips Amazing body weight. They don't tend to be over weight. Salmonella is usually not an issue with dogs, they can eat all sorts of nasty things and not get sick. In the two years reading the raw feeding list. Over 10,000 members. No ones posted about there dog getting it Yes they eat the bone. Raw bones digest easily. Never ever cooked bones.
