There is also a complete listing of all the shelters in Vermont, that you
can click on each one to find the phone# and address, however, I can't seem
to find pictures of the available dogs. You could call each shelter and ask
what is available and also leave your name and number with them when a chi
comes in. Bear in mind that most dogs today are owner surrender or found
abandoned, very few chis actually come from PMs.

Subject: [Chihuahuas] Wanted female Chihuahua to be a companion to my male
Chihuahua

My husband and I have the most wonderful male Chihuahua named Maxwell. He is
so attached to me that he has severe seperation anxiety. Our Vet told us a
female companion would be beneficial to Max's health.
It's just myself, my husband and Max in our home so we have lots of time,
attention and love to give.
We would like a puppy, but up to a year is okay. We live in Vermont so the
Northeast would be ideal for her to be located. Please respond with pictures
if possible.
