When you get a chance can you see what the protein% is for the cookie that you get that covers the everlasting ball? If you have a wooden dowel from a craft store that is thing enough, you could mold a gooey mixture and then freeze it, then insert so that the other end of the dowel is sticking out so that you can use it again. But the big problem is what she can and cant tolerate. I have the everlasting treat balls for Dolly & Desi. They love them too much. They cant chew the stuff, have to lick or gnaw. They do last a long time, but you would have to be home when you give it to her. I have to physically take them away from Dolly & Desi and so I dont give them to them very often. They do make mine very thirsty though. Have you tried googling homemade kong treats? that might prove helpful also.
