Good Morning, Judy! Our long-haired Chi, Scout, does that. We wondered if he was part Chin when we got him because he is so cat-like. Apparently that is a characteristic of the Chin breed. He likes to perch in high places, eats his food like a cat, washes his face like a cat and table surfs like a naughty cat! We had the blood test DNA done at the vet and he is all Chi. Sue FL/MI
