I am praying for him but obviously I know he is a very seriously ill dog.  This neuter appears to have taken his last bit of reserves and it is scarey.  I am letting him sleep hoping he is a little perkier tomorrow.  I will wake him later for some more water and see if he wants to eat.  It will be a long night..Just need to get him until tomorrow morning vet's appt..

That's the same thing that happened to Gigi after her spay. She refused to drink anything. I had to syringe her too, and soak her dry kibble with warm water to make it soft so she would eat it all and still get enough water from it. Gigi refused to drink anything, even chicken broth, for three months!! I gave her Pedialyte twice a day too, yet she ate and always wanted more. Then one day I finally caught her drinking on her own. I really don't want to put a damper on you anymore then what you have now, but after she started to drink on her own, three months later,  is when the weird behavior started and that's when I found out she having Complex partial Seizures. I couldn't believe how much her stomach had sunken in after the surgery, I think that they may remove all the fluid from the bladder just before surgery so that they don't gag on it during and after surgery.
That may not be the case with Tino, as a lot of dogs don't want to drink right after anesthesia for some reason, yet they will eat, and drinking  usually starts the next day.

No, not that dramatic.  Not sores..more like brown, leathery discolorations.and crusty ears..but not red.  I suppose it could be a really bad allergic reaction to fleas etc..best case scenario.  He ate a little but would not drink.  Got a couple of syringes of water into him..Has not gone to the bathroom since home so probably dehydrated.  I am sure they did not give any fluids at that so called vets
