Bet it was a Pit Bull pup. Those sickies are known for doing that. That
football player Vic sh*t head did that. They don't give the dog anything for
the pain, or an anesthetic, nor do they clean it, they are known for using
garden shears and just cut them off. If the pup can't take the pain then they
throw it away or kill it, because they believe that the pup isn't strong enough
to handle the pain in the ring either. No words fit the crime, that I can post!

Subject: [Chihuahuas] Santa Fe NM Has Tough Laws for Mutilating Animals

This was posted in a newspaper in Santa Fe, NM – Glad to see that NM takes this
type of stuff very seriously.

Reward increases in hurt puppy case

The reward of information leading to the arrest and conviction of those
responsible for mutilating a puppy's ears has grown to $7,500.

Animal Protection of New Mexico added funds to the existing $5,000 reward
offered by the Santa Fe Animal Shelter & Humane Society in hopes of catching
the perpetrators. The 6-week-old puppy, dubbed Petie by his rescuers, was found
bloodied, freezing and nearly dead on the side of the road in La Cienega on
Feb. 2. The pup's ears had been mostly chopped off. He is now recovering at a
foster home.

Intentionally or maliciously torturing, mutilating, injuring or poisoning an
animal is a fourth-degree felony. Those with information are asked to call the
New Mexico Attorney General's Cruelty Hotline at 877-5Humane (877-548-6263).
