Okay, I just found your original post and understand that they were
abandoned. What cruel and heartless people they have to be to leave to tiny
dogs like that with no food or water and no one to look after them. Any idea
how long they were left in that situation?
He told the shelter his neighbor called him and said they think they
moved out cause the house has been empty for a week so he went right over and
found them and the shelter held them for another ten days.
