Hi Everyone,
I have a 7 yr old female rescue dog. She is spoiled and runs the house. There
is just my hubby, dog, and myself. She sits around a lot ~ when she is around
small dogs she acts like she wants to play.
I thought that she should have another dog. We just got a 7 week old male
rescue dog.
I have never had a tiny puppy with another dog so do not know what to do. My
Kiko does play with the puppy but gets tired of doing it 18 hours a day. Can
you please answer me a few questions? ~ please
1. when Kiko snarls at the puppywould she ever hurt him? On the other hand, she
mothers him a lot of the time.
2. What do you do with a puppies nails, do they just wear down (they are sharp)
?
3. When the puppy jumps on Kiko all the time should we try to get him to back
off or do we just let it be up to the dogs to take care of their issues?
4. I am having difficulty keeping the two dog's foods separate?
5. The puppy wants to sleep in Kiko's bed ~ puppy has it's own bed.
