Lol, it drove me nuts all night trying to figure it out! A friend had
mentioned staples and nails on furniture, so with that idea in my head and
the weird shape of her cut, I was able to put the pieces together. I was so
concerned of it happening again and more so for Gigi. Thank goodness Gigi
never lays on the floor by the chairs, least of all puts her nose in the
design of the them.

Are you ready for this?........I have wicker dinning room chairs, and the
base of the chairs is like a round barrel, with a lattice design. Lattice is
like a diamond shape. Princess loves to lay under the table and kind of
rest her head on an angle on the side of the base of the chairs. What made
me think of this, is because the cut on her nose isn't a straight cut, but
in the enlarged picture of her and when I really looked at her nose, each
side of the cut has a point, as does the bottom of the cut, just like a
diamond shape has. She must have had her nose resting in one of the grooves
on the chair and got it stuck so she pulled out too fast and ripped it. I
looked at the chairs and sure enough there is a little blood on one of them.

I remember that she was laying under the table before she went into the
bedroom, but I only saw her back when she walked in there. So I guess I
actually didn't notice it until after she came out of the bedroom, which was
some time latter. I don't think she will be putting her nose in the groves
of the chair any time soon, LOL!

Thanks everyone for your sleuth ideas, and concern. Oh, and Gigi didn't get
sick again and seems to be fine. Hooray!
