She is in Hillsborough County Animal Services..a kill shelter. in Tampa, Florida. No details on her on site other than her picture. If you go online through their website her I.D.# is A1414684. She is beautiful but obviously in rough shape as they have her covered..looks like she has mange..She looks young and small.
