Hi there,
I just got on the computer and was going to write to you all.
Koby is fine...
When I got up this morning, I checked him closely and there was no sign of
swelling. However, in the light of day, I did discover where he had been
attacked. The most likely suspect is Emma Rose, the
wanna-be-the-alpha-dog-in-this-house. As my mother used to say, "she has
another think comin'"
So I took a chance and went to church. Emma Rose for most of the day is
still secured in her confinement cage until I'm sure her leg is completely
healed.
Got home and Koby was fine. I let E. R. out and they played together 'til I
yelled at them to calm down (I don't want her to rebreak her leg - the vet
has instilled the fear of God (lol) in me about chihuahuas rebreaking their
legs. He says it's quite common. I just want her to heal good and tight...
So anyway, Koby hasn't screamed at all today. He even let me look at his
teeth. Poor baby doesn't have many left. When I rescued him, they said he'd
been through a couple of rescues. Evidentally some rescue vets care (or not)
and pulled his teeth.
So, my friends, thank you for the advice about my little pup. I just wish I
could hold his paw up here to the screen and let him "sign" for himself.
I'm still going to keep a close eye on my boy.
Thank you all for your concern.
I love this site.

Hi Carolyn, Just wondering how your baby is doing today. Did you manage to
get him to a Vet, or figure out what is wrong with his mouth?
