The pack helped him a lot.  He emulates them and figures if it is all right for them it must be all right.  Now that he is over being sick, the little attitude he had is gone.  We are starting training and he is doing so well for an exuberant one.  He has even picked up going on the wee pad which is a wonderful thing in case I have to leave them for a stretch of time...He is stubborn..but so is Mom and as he is learning, I always win.  lol

That Tino sounds so cute!! He must make you and your hubby laugh a lot with his antics! So good to hear that he is coming out of his shell. Guess he isn't as afraid to go outside anymore......how wonderful!

I can sympathize.  Tino is about Diego's age and he like a wound up spring.  He never walks;he boings everywhere..jumping and hopping on his rear legs.  He is like a little Mexican Jumping Bean. Even when he goes outside to potty he carries a toy so he can play..and if he forgets the toy he grabs a leaf and runs around the yard with it..Crazy but adorable.

Like you and I it takes time.  Yes the hardest part is they don't understand.  I crated Bino for six long weeks with only short periods to potty and walk around the yard.  But it was worth it..no surgery.

It's been 4 days and his leg is a little better. Resting him is the hardest!!! I've been using Benadryl some. And give him a little bit of play at night. A few minutes. He's only 11 months it feels so cruel not letting him play. Hope he continues to improve, but really don't hold much hope for a drastic recovery
