I signed some papers yesterday and will have more to sign today. The buyer and I are just waiting for the termite inspection to be done. Should not be a problem as termites are not common here. I had to order two huge wire crates to move my cats in. I searched all around here and nobody stocks them. So am praying they arrive before the 24th. I’m packed and ready to go as far as household and personal items. Living out of boxes now. I have made an offer on the house I want in Idaho. My realtor will be talking to the owner/agent on the house today. Might hear more later in the day. I made a full price offer as he is only asking $19,900. It’s a nice little house that was totally remodeled and updated 3 years ago. Hasn’t been lived in since. I’m going to take pictures of the trip and post them on my website once I get to my new home and settled in. There will be 3 days on the road and I will not be on line. Probably a week more while I get settled and get a computer hookup. Then I hope to be back on line. I’m praying all goes well and not interference from the Devil.
