Yesterday was a beautiful spring day. The buyer came over and we spent several hours going over the place, meeting the neighbors and just talking.
I got a call to go up to the Title/Escrow company and sign the final papers. Now they are waiting for the septic to be pumped (happens Monday) and the termite inspection. Then they will close and wire the money into my bank account. That means as of next Saturday I may be on the road!!!!!! My offer on the house is moving forward. I meet with my agent here to fax some paperwork up to the Idaho real estate office. Today's weather is to be windy and cool. Tomorrow we are to get a storm. There will be snow above 5000 ft and rain in lower elevations (which is Chino Valley). Should be all over and gone by the time I leave and head north a week from today.
