My neurologist walked in at my 1st appointment and said, "I have some news you're not going to like; I want you to stop drinking coffee." I told him no problem I never drink coffee. He replied, "Oh! You're one of the odd ones! I that case I want you to START drinking one cup of coffee a day." That was 9 years ago. I went from 2-3 migraines a week to having an occasional migraine every 3 or 4 months. I still drink 1 cup a day. Nesa J Love with Jácob, 2 yo chi & Jennavive, 1 yo feral cat

I gave up coffee years ago, even the decafe didn't work, and most decafe's only have 3% caffeine in them and that still caused migraines. Stress is a big one too, now that I am retired, the migraines happen less frequently. Peggy -------Original Message------- Date: 4/2/2012 3:16:00 AM Subject: [Chihuahuas] Re: Here we go AGAIN!
