You should call the Vet and ask him those questions, since he prescribed the meds. Are these puppies? I would think that if she is throwing up anything after having fallen on her head and was unconscious that she may have a concussion and or a fracture and a good Vet would want to take an xray of her skull. I know if it were my dog, I would request an xray, and then take it from there.
