Hi JoAnn. Great timing with this question. I just asked about the furry feet
issue. My grooming on my long haired Stella consists of: bath every 2-3 weeks
(she goes to work with me every day, and I like her to be clean and not doggy
smelly), trim the hair on paws and trim toenails once a month, trim hair around
anus and down the back of thighs to prevent Klingons...and that's it. So much
easier than grooming a schnauzer! Why didn't I discover this breed 25 years
ago...lol. I don't do anal glands. Stella has to have her liver enzymes
checked every 3 months so I have the vet to the anal glands at that time.
