Oh, so he barks at them when they try to touch him?

Mary,

We are still having issues with one of our Chi's barking and growling at
strangers(people he doesn't see often) who come into our home. A person has
to stay with us for 2-3 days before he stops barking at them each time they
come into a room. I have tried distracting him with a kong filled with
peanut butter. This works for a while but then he goes back to barking at
them if they move. Do you have suggestions for this? He has never bitten
anyone and is quite well mannered when outside the home. He does not bark
at anyone outside but does not like anyone he doesn't know well touching
him.

Sue
