Amen.  That little one needed some love and a good home and that is exactly
what she got.  I felt the same when I rescued  Tino.  I hadn't a clue to
lineage or health issues or attitude.  But I knew I could handle what came my
way with this breed and he so needed love and a safe haven.  Best decision I
ever made. God didn't make AKC..people did.

Kathy,  Good for you.  You have a great attitude.  Jo Jo is a very lucky little
guy to have you.

I got J0-J0, as I said before, from a young guy in front of the grocery store.
Jo-Jo was only 8 weeks old and I could easily hold him in the palm of my hand.

By the time he was 3-4 months old, folks were saying that he didn't look like a
purebred. Now at almost 6 months old, most everyone says he looks like a
doxie/chi mix, and that, that, is pretty common.

I love my baby jo-jo, I don't care if he was mixed with a weasel. I certainly
had no expectations that I had gotten an AKC show quality baby for forty
buckies in front of a store.

What I thought I got was a pretty baby black and tan puppy who would bring an
abundance of joy into my life, and that is exactly what I got.
He was a miracle at a very sad time in my life.

Just wanted to share that.

Kathy
