I have a Pampered Chef slicer and dish that make extremely thin potato chips out of sweet or white potatoes that would make something similar! I'll have to try it...wonder if it will slice the chicken into really thin slices. Maybe if I froze the chicken somewhat before slicing. I'll ask my consultant
