Cindy, sorry don't know the answer. Hope some one else can answer it for you I have seen chi's who's ears have never stood up, and they told me that their Vet said it is genetics, and it could be from grand or great grandparents. Maybe she is just slow and they will stand up in time. :) Bet she is adorable, just the same. Would love to see her picture and what is her name?
