We fostered these two boys from Harbor Humane Society over the weekend.
Leo is the lighter colored boy who is 3 and a very sweet boy. He seems to
be very smart as he learns easily. Elmer is the smaller guy and is a
senior. He is also very sweet except for last night when I went to pick
him up out of a very plushy bed he was sleeping in. He wanted to stay
there and let me know in no uncertain terms! He tears at my heartstrings
because he has few teeth left and those look infected. He also has very
bad knees I think. He walks very gingerly and hobbles on 3 legs a lot of
the time. He is also skin and bones. I am wondering if he might be younger
than they think but just in poor health. His eyes are not cloudy at all.
I would like to keep Elmer and get him healthy. I would like to convince
my parents to take him. If anyone is in West MI and looking for a new baby
let me know! They are both very friendly and sweet.
