Poor baby...hope he’s better soon. I had this happen with a cat of mine several years ago...I too needed a urine sample from her...I took all of the litter out of the litter box and followed her all day...finally went she went pee...I hurried up and got her out of the box and tilted it to one side....not sure how you could do it with a dog...unless you put something like a flat pan down where he MIGHT pee and hope for the best...Ha Ha...Unless he’s like my little Peanut who only weighs a little over 3 lbs...he never lifts his leg...
