Margie, you're doing the best thing, taking Liza to the vet.  Once in  a 
while they might get an upset tummy, and even diarrhea but when it continues  
and they won't eat, it's time to go to the vet.  By the way, the treatment  
I've heard of over and over on Chihuahua lists for those symptoms  is a  
teaspoon of canned pumpkin.  Best wishes.
