I raise 12 show quality Borzoi on Pedigree. I've used it ever since and
never had a vet find a problem with my dogs that was caused by poor
nutrition. Oh by the way my male dog was the winningest on the west coast
about 30 years ago.

Subject: [Chihuahuas] Food query

My post about this didn't seem to make it up, so I am trying again. My 2
little 2 year olds are on what they were on with their foster mom--Pedigree
canned in the morning and Royal Canine dry left out all day. I think the
Royal Canine is good, but not so sure about the Pedigree--78% moisture!
Although I would like to say that I could cook fresh for my babies every
day, it is not possible for me to do that. Along the lines of
commercially-prepared canned foods, what do any of you recommend? I do not
think my dogs are getting the nutritional values they need with Pedigree. Am
I mistaken? By the way, their names are Tony and Tenielle (names they came
with) and I wish I had a dollar for every time someone said, "Oh! Captain
and Tenielle!" <G>.

I sure could use some advice and appreciate any comments.

Ann
