Hi Mark,
I am so sorry, forgot to post about Gracie's results.
We did test again, and actually the number was a tiny bit lower, yet still
considered slightly elevated for the value. She still shows no other symptoms,
so my vet recommends we do nothing further unless she shows symptoms. We will
as usual check that value again in her annual exam next year. My vet
explained, that once diagnosed with cushing's, the dog is still only treated
for the symptoms. Occasionally, surgery is done to remove tumors.
So I am trying to remain calm about this concern, but I will watch for any
change in her.
Thank you for remembering Gracie and our unfortunate situation.
