Thanks Pam.....and that was the whole object for the original post.....the
boy, which is why I didn't want to go into all the particulars about the dog
and the whole incident. They moved him to another hospital for another
surgeon, but they didn't say where. I think he has a long road ahead. God's
Blessings to him.

I know obviously personally how hard it is to be civil when someone has
decided to shark attack you. The turn the other cheek theory is hard for me
.lol..That said, this childish "I am going to leave the list" for every
little comment is IMHO kind of silly. If you don't like a comment delete it
.or say your piece and move on..big sigh. So much drama when this little
scarred boy is the point. He needs prayers not drama..

Yea well, I emailed Judy off list for her comments to me, and she said she
didn't like my comment to Heather-Rose and decided to leave the. Wonder if
they are friends? Do you think I should not have said what I did to Heather
Rose?

The only breed that is being bashed is human and that bashing is being done
by Heather-Thorny Rose...

I did not see any bashing. Heather Rose is overreacting (which seems to be
her usual...as it is nearly the only time she posts - that I can find)

She was NOT bashing any breed. Nor was anyone else. How did this happen?

Here we go again! Please go off the list to do your breed bashing.

I thought this was a chihuahua list, not a pit bull bashing list. I'm fed
up with this nonsense and am unsubbing.

Prayers certainly go out to this little one. So many lives destroyed by
these dogs..breaks my heart.

Not that I want a heated discussion on this, but a little boy will have to
undergo countless surgeries to restore his face. I hope everyone will join
me in a special prayer for this little boy and offer prayers of peace to be
given to his family and the babysitter.

This happened a couple a days ago and it took place in Brentwood LI, which
is close to my home town. A 3 yr old had his face seriously mauled by a 4
year old blue pitbull a couple of days ago. The boy was at the babysitters
who owned the dog. The owner and family and neighbors were shocked that the
dog turned like that since they have all known the dog since it was a puppy
and very friendly towards everyone, including the neighbors. Animal control
took the dog and euthanized it right away with the sad permission of the
shocked owner. They will perform test on it's skull for rabies, which I
doubt it had.

Just asking for prayers for this little baby. It's an incredibly
heartbreaking story, and he is so lucky to have survived it.
