I would try two things. One restrict his water and food , and you will probably have to play with this at first, after a certain time at night. Experiment to see what makes a difference. Mine don't get any food after 5:00 and they always poop before they go to bed and I go to bed late so make them all potty before I turn in. Have you tried getting up once in the night and taking him out?? I know they hate to potty where they sleep so he must be pretty desperate. If I remember right he is pretty small so may not be able to hold it very long..
