The people at the shelter told me to have him neutered ASAP. so I took him to the Vet Monday to have the procedure done. I put him in a pet carrier because I couldn't hold him and drive too. he whined and cried he probably was afraid he was being abandoned again. but he did well and is doing fine now. Robert
