Looks a lot like my Spice and she is a full blooded Chihuahua :)
The first time I saw her I said she looked like a 9 pound German

it doesn't matter if he isn't full blooded Chi. I figured he wasn't
when I first saw him. he is the total opposite of my last Chi
Jane-Jane. when I was there at the Humane Society he was kept in a
small cage , there was a pekinese in the cage next to him just crying
and begging for me to take him. I felt so bad I wanted that dog too
but my grumpy mom said I would have my hands full with just one. but
I checked on the website yesterday and that dog isn't there anymore
apparently he has been adopted too, I was very relieved to see it,
all of Cody's dog friends there had been adopted out
