Hello Kay, My friend Judy lived at Maple Valley when I visited her in September 2001 and December 2005. I loved the beautiful nature of the Seattle area and the boat-trip we made to the San Juan Islands on which I saw the Orca’s from very nearby. Amazing!
I guess your Jax is still very young. When my Lisa was very young one of her ears was hanging and the other standing too, but after some months both her ears were standing. Great that your other Chi/Pom are becomming friends and have a romp at least twice a day. Lisa and her mother Vicky have these romps very often too, especially when they are at a shop or so with carpet at the floor. At home I have laminate at my floor downstairs (so the livingroom). There they only have romps at the couch because the floor is to slippery for them to do it on. How cute that your tiny Jax curls up with Geraldine at nap-time. Do you have a photomap of your pets? I would like to see them. Greetings from the Netherlands, Rita From: K. Ritchie Sent: Tuesday, September 25, 2012 4:18 AM To: [email protected] Subject: Re: [Chihuahuas] Thank you for your welcome. Rita you have such beautiful babies. I live South of Seattle about 100 miles on the border of WA and OR. Last week Jax had one ear up and this week the other one has caught up. So, two ears up for Jax! I just wish he would be able to sleep through the night. He gets up around 3:00 - 4:00 in the morning and has to poo and potty. Good thing is he goes right back in his crate and goes back to sleep till about 6:30. My other Chi/Pom and Jax are becoming fast friends and have to have a romp at least twice a day. But when it comes to nap time he is curled up with my Lab, Geraldine. Hello Charlene, Thank you for your welcome. Before I had my parrots and Chihuahua’s I’ve traveled to the USA twice. Both times (september 2001 and december 2005) to visit my American friend Judy that lived near Seattle. Since her divorce 2 years ago she has moved to Oregon. I can’t travel anymore since I have my Chihuahua’s and all my parrots. It doesn’t matter much to me. I can enjoy my pets every day. Traveling on my own wasn’t that much of a joy either. Well, I see that you do have 5 Chihuahua’s Charlene. Of course I do want to know all about them and see their pictures too. I have created a photomap at “Chihuahuas” with the name “(A) Rita Wien. Vicky & daughter Lisa” and I invite you to take a look at it. Direct link: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Chihuahuas/photos/album/1242418330/pic/list I’ve only added 7 photo’s yet but plan to add more in the future.
